Just a little bit more info I should add before I end these phrases. There may not be an exact counterpart of po and opo in Ilocano which is used in Filipino/Tagalog to show respect when speaking to an elderly person, but using or adding apo is like using po in Filipino/Tagalog.
While a native speaker may ask a traveler or someone who seems to be lost "Papanam?" or "Papanam ading?" if this traveler looks younger than him/her, it is ok and not uncommon before offering help. But it isn't ok when this traveler who seems lost is an elderly person. It is viewed impolite or rude. "Papanam apo?" or "Papanan yo apo?" if the native speaker is speaking to two or more elderly person, is the polite way to ask.
